Sorry for the absence.  There has been a lot on my mind but not a lot of inspiration.  Lets see... in one month; two hurricanes, the death of two grandparents, the husband basically losing his job because of said hurricane, and to top the cake... the landlord wanting to bust our shit for everything and threaten to sell this house, because he would make more money.

I have found that when you believe in yourself you can get through most anything.  The last three years of my life have been testament to that.  Ugly, brutal custody fight, 6 funerals attended, and general blah... its been hard to keep my head up high.

I thank God for the people around me that have rallied for themselves, and to us.  I am so proud of how far I have come and where I know I plan to go.

I guess there is plenty to blog about, just nothing pressing enough to make me want to dwell.  My X is still an asshole and it's still not over.  There is another hurricane coming.  The presidential race has stalled until the debates.  People still get on my nerves.  So... we wait.
